We use EasyClean melamine coated birch plywood. As the plywood has a melamine coating then it is far more durable than regular painted plywood products. Dirt will absorb over time into regular painted plywood, but the melamine coated plywood will always be as good as new. The material is hygienic, easy to clean, resistant to abrasion, moisture and fungi. The plywood itself is also waterproof and the sides have been treated with transparent linseed to make the learning tower as durable as possible.
The learning tower has innovative side supports. Most of helper towers have problem with stability when child is leaning to the side making them not so safe to use. We have eliminated that risk with side supports. Supports are detachable.

This multi functional Helper Tower offers wide range of usage options for you and your toddler to have lots of fun spending time together.
Top part of the learning tower can be flipped using hinges so it can be converted into table and chair quickly.
If you need a helping hand on you kitchen table top – use the tower as a step stool and your toddler will enjoy being involved in tasks without any danger of falling.When its time to have a seat – just put it in the table position and use it as a table with bench.Learning tower helps to develop your child’s independence and involvement in everyday task.
Learning tower weighs approximately 5 kg and children can push it wherever they need to go.
Helper tower is made accordingly to European Union Harmonised Standards Toy Safety regulations that are internationally accepted (directive 2009/48/EC).
Kitchen tower will safely hold any weight of a toddler, because now and then also a parent can step on it. Maximum load that the tower can safely bear is 80 kg.
Of course, one must take into account that it is especially designed for toddler’s weight.
The helper tower is shipped disassembled with assembly instructions included. You will need a screwdriver for assembly.

- From what age can a child use the learning tower?
- We recommend it from the child's first year, so from around 12 months. The right moment depends on the child's height and development — some are ready a little earlier, some a little later. It is always used with an adult present.
- Does the tower need supervision?
- Yes. It is designed to be safe and is certainly safer than a chair or a step stool — the rails fixed on all four sides are what make it so. It still needs an adult present while it is in use.
- How is the tower cleaned?
- With water and a cloth. It is made of durable, water-resistant melamine-coated plywood, which is hygienic, waterproof and resistant to scratches, moisture and mould. Unlike lacquered or simply painted plywood it does not absorb moisture or dirt, so the surface still looks new years later.
- How much does the tower weigh, and how much weight does it take?
- The tower weighs 5 kg. It takes the weight of a child or of an adult, although it is meant for children. The light weight is deliberate — you should be able to move the tower with one hand, even while carrying your child.
- What is needed to assemble it, and who does it?
- A Phillips screwdriver. Assembly is meant to be something the parent and child do together, and the parts are numbered in the instructions. It usually takes around half an hour.
- Does the tower meet a safety standard?
- It is developed to EN 71, the European standard for toy safety, which is also the basis for CE marking.
- Does it really turn into a table and chair?
- Yes. Hinges let you convert it in a couple of movements into a child-sized table and chair: table height 45 cm, seat height 23 cm, tabletop 44 × 40 cm.

WOW! What a material! My friends’ kids have used different kinds of learning towers in the past and all of them have got big stains after few uses. They have used different cleaning methods, but the stains never come out as they were absorbed into painted plywood. My kids have helped me a lot with cooking and after we have used the tower I have just wiped it clean with damp cloth and it looks still brand new! So happy that I found this product, because I thought that all learning towers will get dirty over time. I spent a lot of time comparing similar products and am extremely happy that I chose to order this one. Also, shipping was super quick!

This kid tower/step stool has exceeded our expectation. Delivery was a week later than originally posted (no fault on the seller’s end, just want to ensure anyone ordering to the US knows that it will take a little longer); however, the packaging was so compact and ensured the product arrived damage free. I found it super easy to put together by myself and highly recommend you read through things first. Each piece was numbered clearly. My daughter absolutely loves it and used it the second I finished putting it together. The design works well for our small kitchen and is lightweight enough that I can lift it and my toddler without strain. We recommend this to everyone!

I just commend that the attention to detail for the safety of the packaging is top notch and the intructions to assemble were very clear and precise. Our 18mo little one absolutely loves this tower and table. We expected she would want to be where the action is in the kitchen, and she absolutely does! She even sometimes eats standing at the counter like the grow-ups. What we didn’t expect is that she would like the table so much. She sits down and plays at the table countless times a day and just loves having a little place just for her. It only took a few hours for her to figure out how to maneuver herself in and out of the table.

Love, love, this stool/desk combination I purchased for my grandson’s 1st birthday! My daughter’s kitchen has an island they have set this next to, and though it took him about a month to figure out how to climb up & down, he absolutely loves it! Even set up as the desk & chair in the living room he loves it! I found the quality of craftsmanship’s outstanding along with directions as I was putting this together. Every side and corner was sanded sooo smooth. There’s no way my grandson would get a splinter climbing in and out of this. This is a beautiful learning tower that very easily converts to a little table (we convert back and forth at least 2 times a day)! It has a clean and modern aesthetic so we can leave it out all day and it doesn’t make our kitchen and open floor plan home look like a daycare. It also doesn’t look like an old restaurant high chair like so many made in the states do. Don’t even worry about the shipping – it is so fast to the states and the tracking is spot on.

Super fast shipping – arrived really quickly. Easy to put together – took about 30 minutes. My daughter(2.5 years old) really loves using it. Slightly wobbly and off balanced – wish it was sturdier. Don’t like to leave her more than an arm’s reach away. Would suggest a double layer of wood on the base sides.

Love my helper tower. My two year old loves the independence of getting things on the counter, being with me to cook and helping me with the dishes. Der Versandt war über aus schnell! Der Lernturm war ebenso schnell mit der beiliegenden Anleitung aufzubauen. Es ist gut verarbeitet, sieht schön aus und entspricht voll unseren Erwartungen. Bisher hatten wir einen selbstgebauten Hochstuhl (Ikea-Hack), der aber für zwei Kinder zu klein geworden ist. Auf dem Lernturm haben endlich beide Kinder nebeneinander Platz! This is the best learning tower on the market. I’ve purchased this twice: the first one was 6 years ago for my newborn son (which my child still uses daily). The second time was a baby-shower gift; I know that this will get many, many years of use! Not only is it very well-made with a great aesthetic, it’s also super easy to take apart and transform – no tools needed! LOVE!!!

Beautiful and functional learning tower! Linda was very quick to reply to messages and let us know right away that she had inventory issue with the black tower.
