LAKALUK’s first folding learning tower is a perfect tower as it’s foldable so it will not take much space when it’s not needed. The learning tower is an indispensable thing for a small explorer.

New & Improved Design

The Folding Learning Tower now includes innovative side supports for greater stability and safety.
While many towers can feel less steady when a child leans to the side, the smart support system significantly reduces movement and offers parents extra peace of mind.
The supports are removable for compact storage or transport, making the tower both practical and long-lasting — beautifully designed to grow with your child.

The helper tower is designed based on the basic principle of Montessori pedagogy for developing a child’s independence and involvement in everyday tasks. The kids step stool does not take up a lot of space as it can be folded together quickly.

Tower is made from certified Melamine Coated Baltic birch plywood. As the plywood has a melamine coating then it is far more durable than regular painted plywood products. Dirt will absorb over time into regular painted plywood, but the melamine coated plywood will always be as good as new. The material is hygienic, easy to clean, resistant to abrasion, moisture and fungi.

  1. ★★★★★

    Rachel –

Aesthetically pleasing – love the way it folds up. My husband assembled and I think the screws need to be secured better bc my 20 month old is sort of wiggly – and the frame could be a little more secure. But I’m hoping that’s just something we can control. Overall we really like it.

  2. ★★★★★

    Kelsey –

The ladder is easy to fold for storage and looks nice. We had a few issues with the assembly due to the instructions being a little difficult to follow but Linda was able to identify the assembly error.

    Linda –

This delivery came quickly and the stool is easy to put together. My grand daughter loves it. It’s nice that it doesn’t take up a lot of space and we like the adjustable height.

  4. ★★★★★

    Kerstin –

Super netter Kontakt und ein wirklich schöner Lernturm, der dich einfach zum Tisch umbauen lässt. Er ist leicht und schlank gebaut, dadurch allerdings auch etwas wackelig.

  5. ★★★★★

    Shira –

It’s a good looking, compact piece – which is what we wanted! But it’s not as stable as a more traditional tower. Probably better for slightly older toddler/child.

  6. ★★★★★

    Janice –

Pretty easy to fold up, as described. Do not regret purchasing this.

  7. ★★★★★

    Starr –

Love the product, however does not fold up as much as I had hoped

Frequently asked questions

From what age can a child use the learning tower?
We recommend it from the child's first year, so from around 12 months. The right moment depends on the child's height and development — some are ready a little earlier, some a little later. It is always used with an adult present.
Does the tower need supervision?
Yes. It is designed to be safe and is certainly safer than a chair or a step stool — the rails fixed on all four sides are what make it so. It still needs an adult present while it is in use.
How is the tower cleaned?
With water and a cloth. It is made of durable, water-resistant melamine-coated plywood, which is hygienic, waterproof and resistant to scratches, moisture and mould. Unlike lacquered or simply painted plywood it does not absorb moisture or dirt, so the surface still looks new years later.
How much does the tower weigh, and how much weight does it take?
The tower weighs 3 kg. It takes the weight of a child or of an adult, although it is meant for children. The light weight is deliberate — you should be able to move the tower with one hand, even while carrying your child.
What is needed to assemble it, and who does it?
A Phillips screwdriver. Assembly is meant to be something the parent and child do together, and the parts are numbered in the instructions. It usually takes around half an hour.
Does the tower meet a safety standard?
It is developed to EN 71, the European standard for toy safety, which is also the basis for CE marking.
How much space does the tower take when folded?
Folded it is only 14 cm deep — 102 × 42 × 14 cm — so it fits beside a cupboard, behind a door or under a bed. It folds and unfolds in a couple of movements, with one hand if needed. The standing platform sets to three heights: 38, 45 and 52 cm.
